Elders
Churches are supposed to be ruled by elders. Elders are successful family men. They must “have faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination” which means young adults at least.
Few of us have ever seen real elders and extremely few have seen churches ruled by plural elders (together).
Feminists are angry at men abusing their power but sadly most of them have not encountered mature life-giving MEN, they have typically only encountered BOYS and often INFANTS, from which their conclusion about “Toxic Masculinity” comes. This is a disaster for which the solution is obviously Masculine Maturity.
One powerful feature of MAN, as opposed to BOY or INFANT behavior, is cooperation, team play, and plurality which is a critical contributor to New Testament church life.
