Fathering & Mothering
Fathering is “Equip & Release” and Mothering is “Nurture & Control”. We obviously need both but mothering must decrease over time and fathering increase. You can Father adults but you cannot Mother adults.
If the pastor knew he would be dead (gone) in three years, his discipleship program would automatically look very differently.
He would train hunters and entrepreneurs not settlers to tax.
That is why just like Jesus they must equip and release. Practically they must leave after three years. Our great high priest and apostle of the faith Jesus Christ left after three years, as did Paul.

Like Jesus, Paul Watchman Nee and so many others. Powerful Apostolic Leaders get killed, jailed, or depart to plant in other areas.
